Is GST included in these prices?
Prices shown are in USD for customers outside Australia, and Australian GST doesn't apply. Australian customers are billed in AUD, ex GST.
What counts as a panorama?
A panorama is a 360° scene you can navigate through in the tour. Most virtual tours have 5–30 panos depending on venue size. When you join, we'll help you count yours accurately so you're on the right tier from day one.
Can I change tiers if my tour grows?
Yes. If your venue expands and you add more panoramas, you can upgrade to the next tier any time. We'll adjust your invoice for the new tier prorated from your upgrade date.
What if my tour outgrows the subscription tiers?
If you expand beyond the XL tier (36+ panos), talk to us about an enterprise portfolio licence, which offers better value for larger deployments.
